Hi,

Tamarind, Jaggery and salt are used
to make a pathia like curry.

Sure you can get dried mint,
but i don't know about dried whole leaves
if thats what your after.

Is it dried chopped mint ?

Yes !
Most of the cooking is done between 12.00 and 2.30pm
and later re-heated, this includes the rice !!

1) Prawns in hot and sweet curry, very very nice (like a Prawn Pathia)
2) Egg curry worth a go for sure.
