Im sorry but i disagree with the thought BIR's will dissapear, Glasgow and i know Birmingham have had them for 40 yrs now and when people say they cant get that flavour of the 70's or 80's  it mistifies me as several indian curry houses in Glasgow still have the same flavour as before , just my humble opinion

up in glasgow they offer chicken tikka as a starter and also as a main meal or u can ask for chicken tikka instead of normal chicken with any meal

i suspect its a chicken madras george as i use the same technique as my takeaway showed me  ;D

Jamie thats the way i cook mines and its brilliant , only diff is i add methi nearer the end once all base is in as i watched my takeaway do it that way
