Really it is not my recipe , It is from one of the top Indian chefs.
When i eat any thing and i like i always ask for the recipe and try at home.
After i ?try it and i am pleased with the outcome i give it to any one that ask for it .

I am having a difficult time in getting any information about a fruit called Kachri , i hear-ed that they use it in the curry gravy and this fruit ?produce that very nice taste that i was looking for . really very long time mate .

Hi ,All
When i cook it ,the colour is not that red.
If you want the same colour as the one that you buy.
Please use 0.25teaspoon yellow colour + 0.25 teaspoon red colour.
It will not affect the taste, my self i don't use the coloring.
