I love doing the curries at my own pace! but the speed a propper chef works at under pressure would be to fast for me

Love this mince lamb and potatoe curry I've added a dash of tamarind sauce this gives it a nice tangy taste

I've just made a similar version to this but I used Satkora pickle instead of lime and I missed out the sugar it's a thumbs up from me

How did you achieve such redness without using colourant Garp...... Beetroot powder happen ?
