Hi guys.
Looking forward to trying my hand at this recipe,just one question:
Am I right in thinking that a 'BLOCK COCONUT CREAM' is the same thing as Creamed Coconut?
I have a box of Pataks Creamed Coconut Sachets,and although they're in Sachets,does this constitute as a block of coconut cream?
Does anyone know what a block weighs?
Sorry if this is a stupid question. :-\

Looks wonderful,CH.
The Ali pan does takes a bit of getting used to,and my first impressions were:"This doesn't sound right", but i never give it a second thought now.

I Never re-blend,Stephen;
I just wash and go.

Welcome along,chilli pepper.
I'm also vegetarian and do sometimes use Quorn as a meat substitute, (mostly for the   kid's meals) although I  do prefer the use of Paneer as the main substitute.
You'll also find  recipes for Pre cooked mixed vegetables on here https://curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=5958.80so don't be afraid to experiment with what's on offer.
Best of luck on your Curry journey

It's what i always do.
Low heat and the occasional stir until it's thoroughly heated and ready to cook with.
