I have'nt tried Miriams, i know they have won curry house of the year at some point, how do you rate them?.

Regarding Uddins they are my favourite at present, they are resturant or takeout and depending on which chef cooks you'll either get a good dish or a fantastic dish, we have asked them for cooking lessons but they are reluctant

I have also tried the GM recipe, first i didnt roast them and the smell was awesome then i done another batch roasted on high temp, didnt have the same strong fragrant whiff but a toasted smell, think ill slow roast next time

A new resturant in my town has opened up recently and are offering a master class for ?69+meal, they have a great review and mentioned in the michlin guide. resturant is in taunton and cardiff. take alook
