I'm having it again this evening with dips bombay aloo,curry hell's mushroom bhaji and a nan bread.

Being a DJ did you make the nan from scratch wikki wikki wikki.

It has taken a few attempts to get it right, the first time i burnt the spices and ended up with a bitter tasting curry then I over cooked the spices and ended up with a bland curry the last time I got it spot on and really enjoyed it.
Thanks for you words of wisdom regarding the trolls and nut jobs I'll try not to rise to them.

I had this for dinner this evening using Chewy's base and spice mix, I cut back the Kashmiri chilli power to 2 tsp and I have to say it was the best curry I've made to date, spicy and moreish. I had it with naan bread but next time I do some chips to go with it. Cheers Chewy absolutely delicious.

If it tastes as good as it looks you're on the right track.

Tilda for me, but as MA said I don't know if it's any better than others.
