Hi
Sorry JM, didn't say any more on there web site but if you won't to add that smokey edge I use a few options, depends what is to hand.Liquid smoke is good if you know what your buying.maridade works also, just a dollop though don't go mad[M&S hickory is best]. Now for the one that tells you more about my style in the kitchen. Take a wooden spoon, give it a bath and rinse, place over a flame or in the camp fire to get a bit of colour and use this to stir whatever you won't to flavour. Works best with someone else's spoon. Hi

JM Took one heaped desert spoon of madras curry powder same quantity of hot water, left for five mins then knob of butter in bowl added spice covered and microed to cook through. Added tom sauce a little at a time heating as you go. when half of bottle done spooned it back into bottle and shake. Now sitting blending, smells OK.

Hi

Made up a bottle of sauce today just followed the advise of a wurst supplier. Curry powder and tom sauce " not exact but good enough " so if it works for them well.

Hi

JM, you could always take your sauce to IKEA and see if they do fries like the one in Ashton.

Hi
Firstly Joshallen chicken supreme is a breast portion but to be more accurate is not a total breast but the lower half bone in with the wing trimmed but still attached. Some come as whole breast portions with wing trimmed though, it just depends on how critical you are. Willy and Jimmy mustard oil is normally stocked in the hair care section of Asian stores and black salt will be available to with the general groceries.

Hi
JM when you next go to WW make sure you have plenty of space in the car. As you may know there were eight Asian grocers/supermarkets close to there, well there is now one more and a nan bakery. Best nan ever much better than the Asians can cook these guys are from Iran. Well worth a visit.

Hi

Not the best TA I've been told but not the worst. I'm not sure what there hygiene rating is but can find out. There are much better than that locally. Lahore Kebabish they just have an open kitchen but no cam, shame as very high standards and a two minute walk from Stoke station.
