Beautiful bread Bob! Home made bread is a bit of a passion of mine. In fact anything leavened... Hot cross buns, English muffins, pizza, focaccia. Do you bake for a living Bob? Those tin loaves especially look proper pro!
Hi Mike thank you for your comments! no I don't bake for a living but I always do my best to perfect anything I make or do.
Maybe you will post some photos of your bread
Regards Bob.

Here is my bread recipe

800 g of Allinson bread flower Morrisons is also ok

14 g of Allinson fast action yeast

50g of unsalted butter

16g table salt

480 ml of water

Just mix all the ingredients  together in the usual way and knead for 8 minutes leave to rise in a covered  bowl until doubled in size then knock all the air out and divide in half and shape to size and place in two 1ld bread tins and cover and leave to rise for around 1 hour or until doubled in size
I bake mine on gas mark 5 for around 40 minutes I also put a tray of boiling water in the bottom of the oven just prior to baking this creates steam and helps for a better crust! When cooked either bread, bread cakes, rolls baps etc are best turned upside down and baked for a further 5 minutes this will crisp the bottom of the bread.

Good video Bob. I like your production style, very clear and easy to follow. Have you tried maki a tahini sauce to go with your falafel..? Here's one example:

I would normally cook this in a saucepan , however I have shown this slow cooker version which is handy if you want to go out and leave it cooking but I do prefer using a non stick saucepan which cuts the cooking time down to around and hour and a half. The ingredients I have used may surprise some of you eg. Pataks paste , crispy onions, curry leaves , garlic flakes and whole spices. However this does create an intense flavour closer to home style curries in my opinion. I like to leave it to stand over night or up to two days in the fridge, this really does improve the flavour.
