Since the beginning of the year I have been seeing a lovely girl who is curry mad and cites the Chicken Madras as her favourite.

Ah, much better! Definitely sounds like a keeper.  ;D

Lets just say this makes my own enjoyment of cooking curries that much better when it is shared with a like minded person.

Completely agree! Get her to join the forum!

A partner (now ex-partner)

Due to not being a curry lover?  ;D

You need a tighter vetting process mate. ;)

Yeah, I am also keen to hear how you guys get on with these. They look good, but I am slightly worried by how cheap they are.

I average 2 a week - one on Saturday and one on Sunday. Sometimes I'll have one midweek, but I generally try to limit myself to two. Watching my weight and health is the number one reason that stops me currying (above 2 a week).

Lovely looking curry, Russ. Definitely going to be getting this book soon with the glowing reviews from you and Axe.

Nice one Chris!  :D

Really pleased to see Solars recipe come top in the taste department - this was the real star of the show for me. Great taste, really good texture and damn easy to make. Definitely going to be making it often.

Somewhat surprised to see Dip's win it. I wasn't overly keen on the taste, but remembered thinking it had potential - but I seem to be in the minority there!  ;D

Well done everyone.

Personally, I would consider a heaped teaspoon to be between 1.25-1.5 tsp.

In terms of freezing, I would freeze the cooked tikka, instead of the raw marinaded meat.

I like the look of that a lot, Axe. High sides and a nice flat bottom. I've got the same one as Solarsplace linked to on the first page, but I am tempted to go for one of those at that price.

Really enjoying these videos chewy.

As Ray requests, could we have the exact measurements? I've ran out of Taz base and want to give yours a whirl.

Are all the results now in or are we waiting for a few others?
