Hi Chewy

That looks great, can you give the details of what the dishes actually consist of?

Hi Guys

Sometimes I am at a loss to know what goes well together and end up having a meal that is a bit of a mish mash. We all know that lamb and mint sauce, turkey and cranberry etc  etc go together in English cuisine, what are your opinions in that what are the best must have combinations in BIR/TA meals.

Cheers Ed

Guys

Can we have objective criticism instead of links to something else. If you think its naff say so and why you think it is!?

Makes things a lot easier

Hi Garp

Looks great, did you use kashmiri mirch or deggi mirch?   I find that this recipe is best with the kasmiri, great recipe and quick too!

Hi Garp

Looks brill, I always sieve the coconut and almond powder In CA's recipe and use the back of a spoon to push any lumps through. I usually get left with 1/2 tsp of stubborn bits which I bin so my sauce ends up lovely and smooth.

Good work Garp
