Indian Orchard-Partick..superb food at reasonable cost considering your in the "west end" lol
Neelim-Scotstoun.used to be great.was there last week.went downhill.maybe a bad night in the kitchen.
tried many others.too numerous to mention.
the best i've tried was the Alhambra in Scotstoun.no longer in existence.last time i ate there was when i was 12..im 43 now.lol...my first ever indian curry experience :)  the joys of rememberance

 I got lactic acid build up way before the ten seconds was up.  That apart, it definitely works, and is now incorporated into my chef's armoury of techniques.

lactic acid....is that maybe the "secret" ingredient we've all allegedly been missing

the coriander i buy has roots which taste brilliant.not nearly as good as the leaves tho i must add. i like to finely chop the roots and add it to the top of my curry along with the leaves as a garnish

best curry site on the web IMO
I was always a Madras/Vindaloo fanatic until i found this site
now my taste has expanded a wee bit to milder more flavoursome dishes
.....but I'll always go back to the old favourites

i've just polished off the following  :P
2 square sausages
2 slices of stornoway black pudding
2 tattie scones
2 fried eggs
2 rashers of smoked bacon
2 buttered rolls
...and a cup of coffee made with full fat milk
was gonna take a picture but my camera doen't do widescreen
