Madras and garlic chilli chicken - start to finish including base - chicken pakora also if possible

Yes it's caramelised onions which is required in the Ashoka curries , wondering if it will taste the same as the bunjarra recipe on the site from panpot

i would agree it makes a good curry but i disagree when saying its STILL NOT the missing ingredient for me - used and made this base a few times now - the search goes on ....
