I've made these once and they turned out very good! I'm Cooking some more tonight
I made the dough last night fingers crossed they turn out like the first batch.
Ps I've just checked tonight's batch they are coming along nicely see below! will be cooking them shortly.

Prawn korma I'm not really a great fan of korma or prawns but I made it for the wife

I've used beetroot powder before but I've also used a natural food colouring called Ratan jot/ alkanet root I'm not sure if everyone will have heard of this it's available from pat chapmans curry club his wife told me that she's uses it but I'm not sure our safe this is to use.

My advise don't bother with food colouring for now try and consantrate on turning out a decent curry etc for the time being.

That's great to get the chance to get inside the kitchen and I known the feeling well
My curry making took a massive leap forward once I'd been in! See if he will allow you take a note pad in with you next time but obviously you don't want to push your luck.
