Hi team, ;) I am going to give this a go at the weekend, it seems to have had some good reviews. Was it half a pint of oil? Has anyone who has tried it got a recipe I can use it on?

Looks like another Saturday afternoon in the kitchen. Will post...

Cheers all.... ;D

Hi both,  ;) some of the recipes look really tempting, I might have a go one of these days, I still have a lot to try from here first...

What about a book simply entitled "Curries" by Meg Jansz..Hamlyn books. Its similar to the 50 Indian Curries one but takes a journey through Asia from India to Sri Lanka and Thailand to Indonesia. Over 100 recipes...

            cheers..... ;D

In Chinese takeaways/Restaurants that dish is know as "The cream of sumyungguy" Sorry. I did have a chicken curry from a Chinese takeaway years ago after several pints of the falling down water. Chicken tasted a bit funny but I ate the lot. Two days later, front page of local newspaper, takeaway closed down! dead cats and dogs found in freezer........
