The Mint and Mustard in Cardiff is still good, but when Anand George left to start his own restaurant, The Purple Poppadom, there was a difference.

I still eat at its sister restaurant Chai Street.

Anand George is a brilliant chef. He has cooked the best food I have ever eaten. He is that good.

I wouldn't mind taking a masterclass with him during the summer.

The Best Indian restaurant in Cardiff is/was The Mint and Mustard.

It's even got a Michelin Bibendum award!

The Head Chef, Anand George, has opened another restaurant, The Purple Poppadom.

I think it will be the first Michelin starred restaurant in Cardiff.

He is a brilliant chef and happy to tell you all he knows about cooking!

I even had a guided tour of the kitchens - BRILLIANT FOOD!

There are a few Asian supermarkets near Minah's Restaurant at the end of St Helen's Road in Swansea.

Garudas, also on St Helens Road, is THE best restaurant in Swansea.

Great Chef - He's the co-author of The Cinnamon Club Cook Book.
