Just a word of warring if you visit keep away form memories of India the restaurant on there the food is ?well dire !  :(

If you are in Brighton and in need of a good curry try Indiana in hove  :P

Spices / Curry Leaves

I was messing around with dried leaves I made a garlic / ginger? / leaf paste using a small piece of ginger (size of thumb) same amount of garlic? and a handful of dried leaves in a small blender, a glug of veg oil Blitz it until fine fry this off in the normal way (until brown)

The leaves certainly adds something to the finished dish

Two of the ingredients are curry powder and garam marsala he does give you the components of the Kushi spice mix but not the rest

I am a bit concerned about the amount of spices (cinnamon etc) that go into the bag for the amount of base you yield, using those amounts if you made any quantity of it you would need a pillow case to put them in !!!
