Wow - massive upgrade visually. Looks much, much better and looks far more modern than the old theme. Nice one.
Everything looks good here (Safari), apart from the dump of code at the top of the page, as others have already mentioned.

A good example of the need to expand our range of moderators...
One of many recent examples, to be honest.

Lets Talk Curry / Re: CR0.co.uk. We Are Moving....

My suggestion is one that is likely to be echoed by several members: a team of 2-3 fully active moderators. I think that is needed more than anything else. I know several have volunteered in the past, so finding willing members should be quite easy.
Merry Xmas!

Pictures of Your Curries / Re: madras nailed

Wish I could say the same thing but I am still missing that elusive 5%. Picture in the OP looks great.
As Jerry says, definitely get a recipe up, along with details of the base and spice mix you used.

Supplementary Recipes (Spice Mixes, Masalas, Pastes, Oils, Stocks, etc) / Re: PanPot's Ashoka Precooked Chicken

The chicken is cooked in the marinade, but there is very little of it anyway, as it's quite thick. The chicken just ends up being lightly coated in the marinade.
I still use this method with the Ashoka recipes, which I rate as some of the best on the site.

Madras / Re: OH that AROMA!! After so long

My thoughts are very similar to you, PetrolHead.
My curries are good enough to satisfy my curry urges and have drastically reduced the number of TAs I buy. However, when I do have a TA I am reminded of how far short my curries fall. My family say mine are superior to what you get from a TA, but I am not convinced. Mine lack that indescribable elusive taste you get from a genuine BIR, which is what people are referring to when they say they're missing the last 5%.
I don't think I'll ever achieve 100%.
