yep quite right Cory
I think Mick was being shown Cassia bark but because it stated Cinnamon on the bag thought it wasn't the right product......Cassia is much better flavour than ordinary Cinnamon

Massala Bazaar (near George Street Furnishers) it's a sort of cash and carry which can be used by general public, well worth checkin out I get my Mutton there and fresh Coriander 2 bunches for ?1 you can't go wrong Plenty of TRS branded Items the best (IMHO)

Just thought I'd say well done to Ashes + Panpot for their excellent comments earlier in this thread a very interesting account of the Scottish take away and Mr Ramseys book great stuff good reading !  :)

Yes YF is quite correct it was a little salty.....even after washing the beans 1st but try it as YF says it maybe to your liking good luck
