Hi
London. That is the best way 99% of people have never had a true balti but don't be surprised if you prefer a BIR balti.

Hi
BB. Well, think everyone has said it all.
Lon&MA.As for the Laziza products they seam to come and go in my favourite Asian grocers. When I asked the owner why it was never the same brands, he told me its whatever his supplier gets in.

Hi
Sadly that is such an easy thing to avoid. Very poor reflection on kitchen management skills, looks like they just assume the dish wash will do it all.

Lets Talk Curry / Re: Chat with a waiter

Hi
MA. It may be something that is preferred in that part of Derbyshire sadly every time I've been to Chesterfield I've not had chance to test the curries. I'd say give it a go its only one curry.

Hi
Curryhell. Yes I do I have friends involved in the Leaside wood recycling project down there so thanks very much. And that (edited) tunnel always has road works on a Sunday night when I'm coming back from mainland Europe.

Hi
I've looked through JB's posts on this, his posts on the visit and the sauce. Can anyone please tell me which part of the UK this base is from.

Hi
Thanks for that SS. I'm sick of telling people this then being dismissed as a crank.I was hoping JB would of had his hands on the balti paste recipe as mentioned in his first base post so we could of put this to bed once and for all.
