It's heartening to see a few are still cooking curries and accompaniments. I'll be on my second curry this week tonight myself.

I know some have remarked that we've all seen photos of curries before - and I've certainly posted my share in years gone by! - but it's still good to see the few active (and semi-active!) members left here walking the walk as well as talking the talk!

Quote from: curryhell on January 06, 2020, 07:29 PMCan't say I have ever had chips with my indian. Always a first time I suppose.  Anyway, here's 2020's first vindaloo.

That's a pan of saucy goodness and no mistake!

Oi oi good to see your still around, are you growing chillies this year naga?

Off the main topic, I know, but good to see you're still on the go too, MA!

Aye, still growing chillies this year. I had a bit of an inconsistent weather disaster in 2019 with the more exotic varieties - too wet, too cold, too hot, too variable - but had a bumper crop of Scotch Bonnets, Cayennes, Padrons and Piment d'Espelette. Too much, actually!

I think I'll probably roll back on the varieties this year as I've got more dried chillies and chilli powder than I could shake a cinnamon stick at lol! :)
