Pictures of Your Curries / Samosas

I know it?s not a curry but it goes bloody well with them.
Extremely easy to make, it?s just the folding that can be a little tricky but after a few it?s a technique that get quicker and quicker.
Although when Lisa (the better half) has a go they do have a tendency to look like wizzbit, if anyone remembers that kids programme...lol

Cheers Chaps,
Yes instagram on the i phone will certainly give snaps a retro look ha ha.
The funny thing is the T'uther half is a photographer and we still use a bloody phone to take photos

Colin, iv tried to find a link to the recipe on here but cant find it now, it was searching the net for a garlic chilli chicken recipe that brought me to this site a few days ago...

I used copy and paste on the text of the recipe and put it in Word (easier to print that way!) so i apologise for not giving the member who orginally posted this the credit they deserve although i have to admit i was intimidated by the thought of using 10 green birds eye chillies but it was great and not mind blowing

Garlic chilli chicken

1 portion of precooked chicken
? onion, roughly chopped and pre-fried
1/3 green pepper, roughly chopped and pre-fried
? to 1 tomato, chopped
400 ml Taz curry base gravy

BE spice mixture, 1

Hi ah great locals...
Im from Ashton under Lyne (well in-between Ashton and Stalybridge), which unfortunately is in the news for all the wrong reasons with the tragedy of the shooting of two police officers yesterday.

Hi everyone, I live in an area where you can?t walk 100 meters without passing a curry / kebab / pizza shop, in addition to web sites like ?Just Eat? & ?Hungry house? it?s even easier to have a regular intake of the above food groups and its little wonder we're all addicts with curries now being the national dish.
That said, for many years iv struggled making one with that authentic BIR taste and texture, iv managed to get to grips with Samosa, bhajis and sheik kebabs etc, but a true curry was always out of my reach.
As many have, I stumbled upon this site and though "that?s worth a bash!" I have most of the ingredients to give it a whirl.
Last night I made the Taz base (or very nearly!) and from this a garlic chilli chicken.
Although I didn?t have every ingredient and made a few educated substitutions it was wonderful, im not saying it was the very best curry iv ever had, but the very best curry iv ever made and had the taste and texture of a proper takeout!
The missus thought I was a Hero!
Next time I?ll follow the recipe to the letter and can?t wait to try more!
