Funnily enough I was reading up on this the other day. Pressure Canners usually have a pressure gauge built in as depending on what type of food it is, you have to adjust the heat to adjust the pressure.. I was wondering if my Instant Pot would do it but it doesn't reach enough pressure. The newer models have a canning feature on them which increases the pressure. Also as Bhamcurry said, the canners are usually taller..

Funny that he used to complain about Happy Chris wanting to sell his book (that never happened), saying that this forum should be about sharing information for free and you shouldn't profit.
He tried to sell the whole thing a while ago but with no takers.

Yes the PRS was one of those guitars I had to get. They stopped making that model with the solid Brazillian Rosewood neck after that so I'm glad I did but paying for it hurt!
The last guitar is a Washburn EC29. The 29 frets was one of those 1980's ideas for shredders everywhere!
I'm not a guitarist but my mate collects them and now has about 50 and thats where most of what i know about them comes from lol
