Very nice pictures indeed!

Which recipe did you use to produce your CTM?

Since the gravy is a lot thicker, do you use a smaller a quantity or the exactly the same quantity? Did you get this consistency with the base gravy or the cream?

I have to say that I can't wait that BB1 posts Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Korma recipes!

Great pictures!

What is the recipe for Mushrooms in an Almond Gravy? Your description gives me the desire to try it.

The 250ml of single cream will become your "Base Sauce" for the dish when mixed with all the other ingredients as it were.
Although it isn't listed in the ingredients, the instructions then clearly indicate to add some base gravy (300ml I presume).

So it means quite a lot of liquid and, even for an unhealthy option, it seems too much cream!

Hi Chewy,

I'm about to try your recipe, but it seems to me that there is a HUGE quantity of cream.

Do you really mean 250ml of cream or is there a typo?

Until now, I've used this recipe for CA CTM with success.

I've just discovered this post:

https://curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=176.msg1693#msg1693

giving the impression that this recipe is a simplified version of the SPICE MIXTURE provided by Ghanna.

I wonder how Ghanna's version works with CA CTM.

Chewy, I tried your lamb pasanda nawabi recipe tonight and it was absolutely delicious.

My wife and I are more of the CTM and Korma sort, so we were pleased to add a new recipe to our favourites.

Thank you very much!

If you had to use 2 Tbsp of coconut flour, how many grams of coconut block would you use instead?

THANK YOU VERY MUCH CurryHell for your stunning pictures and all the details.

I now know exactly what to order. I still need to find the best deal for me, since the delivery to the Isle of Skye always remains an issue...

The website you proposed looks fine, Unclefrank.

Except that I live in zone 4, which means a charge of 27? for the delivery...
