Totally agree London....and I wish I could get my tomatoes to keep their shape like that. Recipes I've used (like CA's Jalfreizi for example) have the tomato in almost from the start. Mine just go to mush in that case. Even putting them in towards the end doesn't always work. Is there some technique I'm missing?
