hi axe if you watch saturday kitchen live on the iplayer from last week 1 of the chefs used it to coat monk fish it looked like a piece of coal as he first seared it in a frying pan before putting it in the oven to finish it of! he said you can buy it online. heres the link to the recipe http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/monkfish_tail_with_39134

hiya just to put in my twopenneth lol! if it smells like there is coconut in the base but coconut is not in the base then its probably cinnamon stick!

hi peeps thought i would bump this up as now there is a new book "more takeaways secrets by kenny mcgovern" if your a fan of mcdonalds burgers and breakfast you have to try etc and chinese and kebabs and pizza the chilli to die for and omg pulled pork and deserts tooo! oh the list is endless lol! :-) and just think of the money you would save i promise you wont be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!
oh and more curries and recipes for mixed powder amonst other things

hi guys this is from a porgamme caled "PERFECT........indian!" and she cooks this dish as butter chicken as her perfect chicken tikka masala she is up against cyrus todiwala head chef at bombay brasserie and the panel picked her dish! or check out heston blumenthals series "in search of perfection.... chicken tikka masala" again his is based on authentic butter chicken adapted as only he knows how  ::) from the moti mohal in delhi!

hi phil i mite know of a place in ashford that sells MDH spices, if my mind serves correctly...( pmsl i've been a postman in ashford for 25 years and i lived there for 23 years of my life) .... there is a chemist on the corner of beaver road 200yards from 2 of the gurkha shops you visited its called ashdown chemist, but is run by mr & mrs shah! they also do spices, whole aswell! will take a look tomorrow i know they sell methi leaves a small box costs just 50p :D and they do sell MDH  8)

btw ch if you pm yours address i'll get one or 2 for you mate!!!!!!!!! up for a phall anytime hehehehe! or a real naga use daves insanity ghost pepper sauce! i was lucky enough to pick 3 of these for 3gbp in asda before the stopped doing them! pmsl they sell a sorching hot vindaloo pmsl! and i tried their findaloo ..... korma lol!
