You've got about 3 months left - so stacks of time. You'll get fruit this year but probably not a lot. Any white flowers yet?

I will try this one very soon.
I notice the 0.25 tsp pf Ajowan seeds are optional. I've never used these in a base before, although I know Bobby Bhuna has recently suggested it to me. Do you know if they make any noticable difference to the final base? Are they blended into the base or do they remain as seeds after blending?

Now that's interesting. Rosewater. I've read so much about it in authentic curry books but not heard of it being used in BIR's.

Not sure about the Pathia but I do know that methi has a silent 'h' (met-tee)
