I've been using this mix for years - I don't include the optional paprika. You'll find if you compare this with other spice mixes is that a lot use the same basic ingredients albeit in differing proportions.

Does an "e-book" count? In which case I've got hundreds!

Great looking food and good photography too, but those naans are just fantastic!

Not allowed to have curry without naan now, according to Mrs Ma, they are fantastic tasting. I am really pleased with all my Indian cooking lately, definitely still room for improvement, but I do love everything I make , and its all learnt from on here  :)
Your food is ticking all the boxes MA and it goes to show, despite that unfortunate recent thread, that when it's all about the cooking, then this site really does deliver.

Gary your Ashoka posts were brilliant and I've never forgotten them but a few who have contributed to this thread became active after they were posted. I think it's a time thing and in no way reflects on the importance of your contribution.

Panpot stuck the Ashoka report up Stephen. Parker did Mouchak among others if I remember right

For that Homer moment I can only say one thing -"doh!"

Apologies to Panpot and Parker!
