Right, I reckon Harshan Uncle is the best CD to play when you serve you vindaloo to people, it just reminds me of smokey rooms, flock wallpaper and way too many kingfishers. See what you think...

I prefer something with so much chilli it strips the glaze from the plate when you serve it. Hope you find what you're looking for here.

They taste the part too Axe. Next time I make them I'll measure out what I'm doing and post the recipes so you can all have a go. Saying that, they are carbon copies of the ones I used to get at my local takeaway so you guys may think they taste different to ones you are used to (there seems to be a lot of regional variation) I reckon Razor would recognise the flavour coming from the North West.

I can give everyone the lamb and veg samosa recipes now if anyone wants them?

Once, maybe twice a week for me. The preparation takes so long that I need a day off to do it all and I'm knackered at the end of it. I've tried a few Tasmanian dishes but they were a real let down.

And I have a curry once a week,erk.  ;D
