Thinking about this i went for my menu's
but as i expected and remember some do beef and lamb (solmon's)
and some do just lamb (the valley junction 39)
It always been that way up here.

I also remember the meat curry, i remember it as being
lamb.

Thanks Phil, I used google images  but could not find anything like it.
and i did look for ages over a few weeks off/on.
The one i was after may be a little smaller but i want one :-)
If it comes as a smart dinner set i would consider that too.

very good :-) does anyone know where i can get
the white small sauce cup/pot at 4:46 sitting in the
centre of the clip. I have had it served with mint sauce for starters
and its a great idea, easy to pour instead of using spoons etc.

I have been after one for ages but could not find it anywhere
any suggestions welcome :-)

Ha Ha just seen the closing credits ;D

well a thread some time ago went along the lines off, if we are sneeking a peek the chefs secrets maybe they would not entertain us if they know we are posting out finding on here. That was the basics of it anyway and included pictures of us lot, but dont tell anyone please...
