I remember this "scores on the doors" thing was on the forum a few years back. Someone (Bobby Bhuna I think) pointed out that the better the bir, the poorer the score!

I made some paneer at the weekend following on from a conversation from a friend about avoiding meat dishes in Goa, and an abundance of milk in the fridge. This dish sounds lovely so Im going to put it on my "to do list"
