I am in the closing stages of the tikka masala group test, so I hope to get that done and out of the way this weekend.

I've already made Chewy's base before but I hope to make it again at some point over the weekend and hopefully fit in Razor's Rogan Josh. After that, I hope to try Abdul's recipes, having received the book this morning.

Chris sent it out with his 'Tikka Masala' recipe via personal message for those participating in the Chicken Tikka Masala group test.

Yep, seen that site before and it's quite a good repository of recipes. I've never tried the curry recipes though. Handy for those that live alone, as finding recipes that cater for 1 person are quite rare.

Thanks for the info, Mick. How did you find out about this - are these the BIRs you've managed to get 'inside information' from?

Is the chilli/coriander paste simply a few chillies (in the region of 4-5) and a bunch of coriander stalks (3 inches) blended with oil?

I almost feel sorry for the guy. How can he possibly think showing them being cooked like that is acceptable for a promotional video? The rest of the video was fine.
