Hi SS

His cooking technique is what I'm asking about, he pretty much puts all the ingredients in together and boils the dish?

Hi

I was in Manchester curry mile the other day and tried to get some Pasco Tandoori paste as recommended by Dip, alas no joy but I came across Laziza Tandoori and Laziza Tikka Boti pastes

Dipuraja1 gets another vote from me, deelish and very easy. I use CBM's pilau recipe and use this for the biryani rice element.

Jalpur Millers, sellers of the much talked about Garam Masala, have now got their online store on line, not sure how long its been up as I've just stumbled upon it, but the prices look good and they have a good reputation

Tandoori Dishes / Almond powder
May 25, 2014, 12:57 PM
Hi

When I do a CTM I use maggi coconut powder and some almond powder, but i force the almond powder through a sieve cos i dont like the texture. Is there any fine almond powder out there as it seems that almond was the main ingredient rather than coconut and I'd like to try the old way.

Hi NJ

When I do this all is in the same bag at the stage 2 point. I also use neat mustard oil straight out of the bottle, think its KTC, quite a small bottle.
