Another good tip I found out this morning.

Always put 3 rashers or more instead of just 2 in your wife's Bacon Sandwich unless you don't want to hear the end of it.  :-\

You don't mess about when you decide to give those pans a rattle, JB. Don't listen to CH - I'll have a dod of everything, please! With just a couple of chapattis, I reckon I could give that feast a good seeing-to! :)

DITTO.. ;D

For me it would be (in no particular order)

Food Hygiene - A poor score can reflect on your business
Health and Safety legislation. - You have a duty to protect your employees and the public
Employment law - especially with regards to illegal immigrants as the fines seem to be the largest.
Fire Risk assessment. - if unsatisfactory or non existent, you can be closed down on the spot
Good suppliers - Nothing worse than getting let down with late deliveries or poor produce.
Reliable staff - Nothing worse than an employee throwing a 'sickie' on a Saturday night because the footballs on.

I'm sure a few more people will chirp in.

I used to find coriander overpowering in a curry especially in one of the takeaways that was near to me.

Nowadays I'm eating in off the bunch on the way to the tills. Love the stuff  :) :P

Apparently chewing a few leaves is also good for those that suffer from Uri Geller breath.  ???
