Its a long way to go but if your passing on you way home
it may be worth a try
or cook you own BIR curry using this site lots of info on here
the first thing to do is pick a base something like this one would be a good place to start

After cooking I just pop it into plastic takeaway containers around 300-400ml a time
and then into the freezer.
Then pick you main dish etc etc if i can be of any help just ask or post to this site,
there is also some helpfull books too.
Also forgot to say there are some nice tikka recipes on here too even so if you dont
do the full BIR curry there is lots on this site to indulge in
