...I can use stainless steel but they'll become heat damaged over time?

Yup that's right Razor, Frank and Floyd are describing what I do - they will become heat damaged quickly.

I believe it's been done before Razor but I've always been scared of ruining a damn good vanilla ice cream.

Think I might chicken out and do fruit salad with a little cinnamon and cream!

Hey Floyd

I have large and small ones but what I do is cook in my trusty old wok and use the balti dishes (warmed in hot water) for serving only as it keeps them good as new.

Razor

I have recipes for several chutneys, all of which in my opinion are not cost effective, but if you want me to post I will do so.

Kulfi is an Indian ice cream made with condensed milk, also Gulab Jamuns are little sweet flour dumplings deep fried and steeped in sweet rose water syrup. I have made them both from scratch and they are yummy.

OK you're coming home from work  after a bad day, you have no base sauce and fancy a decent  curry and want to put your feet up without any cooking or cleaning up.

Wait 1-2 hours whilst you cook a base sauce and make a curry -dont think so.

go to your favourite takeaway on the way home?

Hey Michael I have enjoyed curries ( a few years ago now) at the Bombay Brasserie in Bradford and the Samarkand in Heckmondwhike.
