I've only used white onions and the bunjarra tastes excellent and have had problems keeping it for a week or more if it covered in enough oil.

Lets Talk Curry / Re: Mixed takeaways

wow this topic has gone a bit random - is there a full moon on the way?
up here in the true tartan north, unlike Manchester which is actually quite far south from here Razor lol, mixed takeaways do exist also, usually of the curry/doner kebab/pizza/burger variety

I want to like Virgin but I just can't.
The big plus points for Virgin is the range of on demand content available, plus I think their broadband goes up to 50MB and as it is cable it doesn't matter how far you are away from the BT exchange.
Hope this helps.
I agree I think their broadband is good but their tv lets them down

if freeview is good enough then talk talk.
I've heard stuff about poor customer support from talk talk but maybe that's a myth?

OK guys I am moving house in two weeks and need to sort out TV, phone and internet. Currently with Virgin Media, great broadband and phone but crappy TV interface. I think as far as bundled packages are concerned my options are to stay with Virgin or move to Sky or BT.
What are your experiences of TV, phone or broadband providers and do you know of any good consumer forum sites that deal with this?

You are a Mancunian (I assume), I am a Dundonian, Gazman is, I think, a Glaswegian, or Weedgie for short.

(lentils, potato) is a big no no......I reckon it's not called an ONION bhaji for nothing.
Maybe it's a modern day (or even a Scottish BIR) thing, but I have never seen it (or detected it) before.
Potatoes are not used in onion bhajis round here (Dundee - East Coast of Scotland) so it's more of a Weedgie thing than a Scottish thing.
