Very nice gas stove. ha ha glad I'm not the person cleaning that :-) but its very nice.

If cleaning it becomes a problem you could place silver foil (why do i call it that  ::)
under the burners like they do in some BIR's that may help  :D

The last rib eye i had was also a waste of time, but i don't think it was always like that !

I was told a few years ago that butter is better for you, it went against the grain at the time.
It seems to me that the more natural a product is the better it is for our health.

Man made products i,e using electricity to make oil seems to me to be so wrong.

Lets Talk Curry / Re: Chicken Brining
February 11, 2012, 09:46 AM
Hi Terramamba

On occasions in the past i have had salty chicken in my BIR take away meals.
Once ask for a replacement meal and yes it was over salty too.

Odd thing is even though the chicken was too salty (on occasions)
i though it tasted really nice.

I have always some BIR's must have gone through a brining phase
this for me would have been around 12 years ago.

Do you have a link to the tv program ?

Thanks
