more 100% bir naans following h4c's method to the letter but with 25g sugar, 310 ml water and1 dollop of yoghurt. For me the naan quest is over!!

Ready mixed stuff Phil. I noticed in the shops that it's now packaged in an inverted plastic carton much like Heinz tomato ketchup. In the old days my nose would run at the sight of the jar!!  Presumably the powdered version is the old school version?

Dont know how much longer though because they keep watering it down.

It used to be 5.2 percent
Its now only 4.8

Its not any cheaper either

Never tried Colmans mustard with Chicken.
Always use it with ham though.
Is it me or is Colmans mustard only about 10 percent as strong as it used to be? :o :o
