When I make mine I keep one portion in the fridge and  then the rest I freeze in portions in plastic pots and they keep really well. Always tasting the same as the last defrosted lot. I would recommend that too.

Thats so funny. I was in the same postion Monday ( I had to go to the dentist Tuesday) I ended up having fish and chips for tea but have made up for it the rest of th week  :P

Made this for my dinner today (You may say lunch) and it was delicious. I used 3 tablespoons of chopped tinned toms instead of puree and boiled spuds in bit of mixed spice as I am out of Turmeric. I will be making it again.....maybe for tea as it was so nice :)

That looks lovely Rich. I have got some red lentils in and was gonna have a bit of an experiment with them next week and see what I can knock up. That is definitely on the radar :)

You guys are so funny.
My mum and dad love having free food on a Fri/ Sat night. I have leftovers for tea tonight so its more garlic :)

I must smell lovely and I don't give a toss :)

Hi Guys,
Took this up for my mum and dad's tea tonight. It's the third takeaway I have done them in 3 weeks. They only have plain naan so it doesn't have that buttery sheen but I think they are hooked :)
Tonights 4 naan's and Chicken Madras went with homemade onion chutney, mango chutney, lime pickle and a pack of poppadoms :)
