i used to get whole ribeye off the back of a lorry bound for Sainsburys every couple of weeks :)
can't remember the exact weight but it was big enough to get approx 20 No inch and a half thick steaks from it
all that for a measly ?20 :)
my freezer was always full of steaks...so full in fact, i used to give em free to my neighbours :)

rib eye
with a crust of crushed chilli, salt and coarse ground black pepper
cook in a hot pan for 3 mins both sides and serve with chips and green beans :)
used to like em well done but now i like em medium rare...

just made this..superb.
deviated slightly from recipe but nonetheless still superb
I blended 2 small onions with 6 chillis to make a kinda hot onion paste and fried this before adding g/g paste and spices
this is definitely a keeper :)

I used to put seeds into wet cotton wool to let them sprout first before planting into soil

ok, this was back in the day and the seeds were marijuana but a seed's a seed and the process is the same...?? right??

this has 55% yoghurt along with garlic, mint, habanero peppers, lemon juice.
