Ok, I've tried a few gravys so far - c2go one, one with some creamed coconut, and CAs base.

So far, I would say CAs base has produced my best dishes. Next one I will try is JerryMs base (where he said he didn't think he could improve it anymore.

So my survey if for the more experienced amoung you.

What are your top 3 bases, and in which order (if it is possible to rate then in this way!)?

Hey joshallen2k, read your comment regarding a better result using ginger garlic puree - I use pre-made jar stuff. Do you think your homemade puree would improve my curries? If so, can you please link/post your recipe? Thanks!

Why not roll your peshwari nans double thin/size, put filling on half, fold over, and roll again, should work. I tried this, did get all the filling inside, but my bread bit wasnt too good - need to try again.
