Yes - i use them - especially in Dhal curries - i have been lucky enough to grow some and after a hard cut back a few weeks ago they are fantastic - its dark here now but will try and gt a pic

If i'm reading this all correctly it shows how long a paste can last - 6 years - amazing!

So what's in it? or is it just the top up of oil that keeps it?

Either way its good value at 6 years.... wish we could get some out here!

Kao Kha Moo - Made one of my fav's tonight (well during the day for tonights dinner ) Kao Kha Moo - Stewed Pork leg in soy sauces and five spice with Rice, with chopped kale and some chilli sauce on the side
