Cant recommend this enough, I live in glasgow, made this base, made a simple madras and had it for dinner tonight, its amazing, true bir, no missing 5%

i got 15 portions out of mine and made it to spec, apart from adding 1 extra litre of water lol

my portions are 300ml each

yeah i noticed that wasnt that clear either, i just went with half of the block, just had a madras there for my dinner, dynamite - cheers

@ bigboaby1, i made this base to exact spec with 3.5 kilo of onions, tasted very similar to most bases i have made, made a simple madras with your recipe also - have to say i am well impressed - my search is over - thank you very much
