Hi cslgirl

The curry looks good to me i usually use ca's base last time i tried frying off the dry spices 1st which changed the colour of it but not really the taste, i also think that the brand of spices that are used can changed the colour because some are darker than others.
As for the chicken tikka i cook mine under the grill giving them a brush with oil that gets the chared look that you get off the bbq and doesn't dry them out.

I do follow your recipe CA been thinking about it today and i think that they maybe to wet i will try small eggs instead of large and also i think my onions could be a bit finer chopped

Has anyone got any tips how i can stop my kebabs falling apart i've been using CA's recipe but when it comes to turning them they fall apart i think its my technique of putting them onto the skewers, do i need to put them in the fridge just to set them? would adding bread crumbs help to bind them? need help been having to use mix for keema naans.

Not sure how to post the link to the pathia recipe but in main dishes and pathia its the second one down. It has a great texture and flavour you may need to adjust the sweetness to your liking i usually add a teaspoon of sugar to get the sweetness i like.

What recipe did you use ? if it was Ca's id try playing with the amount of pineapple juice and sugar to adjust the sweetness to your liking i usually leave mine until the end then add it bit by bit until i get it to where i like it
