Well in my opinion SS years ago they didnt use a big cooker range
they used to use four burner domestic gas cookers so i would say no they never flamed

Dont want you to get big headed CA but your base is that nice you can almost serve it on its own so i had no worries there lol
and panpots south indian garlic sauce tastes very noce albeit a bit hot on its own
