I don't recommend using a clever - I find them cumbersome and slow in comparison to a chefs knife . I have had a set of  Wusthof Trident Classic knives for 28 years and they have never failed me and still as good as the day I bought them .

Supermarket tomatoes are just terrible , no flavour , and not very juicy , I like to grow my own tomatoes , I like Roma's , they are nice and sweet and flavoursome.

Hi I am new , found this post and was wondering what RCR is - and would it be helpful in assisting a newb with curry making ? Is CC an Indian Chef?? Could someone post me a link to the site please?

I am new to this forum and I was wondering what is the best curry to make for a beginner? I want something relatively simple and quick to make .

Do I need any specific equipment or utensils ?
