I am trying to grow a plant as well. Its about 15 cm's tall if that, in the greenhouse and it seems to be growing very slowly....Any tips or is this standard? I am hardly watering it (I believe they like a lot of water in one go but then left to dry out), I believe they likely citrus feed which I haven't got yet...

Yes I use one, not for curry, but for things like steaks. duck etc its great. Serious Eats is a good resource for general cooking but with good sections on sous vide

The high fat / cholesterol / heart disease hypothesis is not so cut and dry - but its useful for selling statins. Check out Dr Malcolm Kendrick amongst others who delve into the data used to justify these claims but come to different conclusions.

I went to Brick lane recently and I am not sure I saw many (if any) Indian supermarkets although someone may correct me. If you want to go there Aldgate is the closest, but if you get off at Liverpool street you can visit Spitalfields market as well if that floats your boat

Lets Talk Curry / Curry Leaf plant
November 10, 2017, 02:33 PM
Has anyone grown the curry leaf plant - seems to be a few varieties available so would be interested to know which is the best one to buy, advice on who to buy from in the UK, and how to look after it (i.e. will it survive in a greenhouse)
Cheers

Yes I used thighs not wings - when it was cold the sauce was thick with gelatin, most likely with wings it would be more so.
