Made a batch of this which made enough for 3 curries.I used Julians base which I had made a while ago.All I can say is that it was a 9 out of 10 !I would say the ones which had been left until the next day were far better than the first one.Needless to say I have made your base for my next batch !

Hello looking for good curry recipes, the best curries I ever had were in a restaurant in Swinton, Manchester called Shireens. No takeaway or restaurant compares to the food from there back in the early 1980's.I have tried Darth Phall's Madras and it was a 9 out of 10. Better than any supermarket, takeaway or restaurant curry I have had for a long time. This was with a curry base off youtube, it will probably be better with the proper base !
