Well spoken Sveridge,Mike and George.I am pretty lucky my local TA is a Dilshad Balti,is first class,am relying on it more as cooking habits have changed whilst her indoors is undergoing her CA treatment and needs different diets.
You are right also, have also tasted some dross at other GAs

Thanks CT,as Naga says"a braw recipe".Theyre all going to taste a little different dependent on the base.Having got over my kidney CA(hopefully),I now have the full run of the kitchen as her indoors has been diagnosed and is under intensive chemo and radiotherapy prior to surgery later in the year.
I,m trying braw and bland as well as pasta and all sorts to keep her appetite going.all recommendations welcome.

Very professionally done Bob Am still struggling with photo formats here.As you say mingling lends itself to curry dishes, being pretty solid.I found doing a basic fish curry I had to keep an eye on it,to stop it going solid.Haven't been on the forum as her indoors has developed a nasty form of ......,so has mild type of food.

Further to my thread and previous of2014',local store say they haven't received delivery oftandoori paste again, and assume they are not now available. They suggested Laziza or use tandoori masala powder mixed with yogurt and ginger paste with a little oil. Will give it a try!!
